Jeenee Mobile was created to assist people with disabilities access and use mobile technology to improve their lives. Something as simple as having access to a mobile phone can drastically improve a person’s life. However, for a lot of people - especially those living with a disability - the cost of a mobile phone plan can be prohibitive. That’s why we’ve created our Accessibility Plans - a range of heavily discounted SIM Only mobile plans specifically for people who live with disability. With these plans we aim to make the benefits of mobile technology financially accessible to as many people as possible. To qualify for these plans you must either be a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participant, or the recipient of a Disability Support Pension from Centrelink.

Are you eligible?

You must be able to prove your eligibility to qualify for the Jeenee Mobile Accessibility Plans. Please check below to see if you are eligible. Please note that you will be asked to enter these details when you apply for any of these plans and you may also be required to provide proof that you are eligible upon request (eg - when you activate your service) in order to continue to receive the Discounted Accessibility Plans.

Important info

1. These plans are exclusively available to people living with disabilities. To be eligible for these plans you must be able to supply either a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme Participant Number or provide proof of receipt of a Disability Support Pension. Jeenee Mobile will authenticate all applicants prior to activation of the service and reserves the right to cancel any service that cannot be proven to be eligible for these plans.

3. Promotion can be withdrawn at any time by Jeenee Mobile

4. Cancellation fees apply for early termination of 12-month plans - see CIS for details

5. All Accessibility SIM plans include Unlimited Calls and SMS / MMS to Australian numbers. Fair use policy applies. Data is counted in kilobytes (KB) and includes both uploads and downloads. After you’ve used your monthly Included Data Allowance, a 1GB Top Up will be automatically applied to your service (except on the $8.90 Pennywise Plan in which a 500MB Top-Up will be applied). The cost of each Top Up on Month-to-Month Plans is $10/GB ($5.00 for a 500MB Top-Up). Top-Ups can be disabled by logging into MyJeeneeMobile. More information on Top-Ups can be found here

6. The Billing Date for the $19.90 Accessibility SIM Plans (Month-to-Month and 12-Month Plans), will be set as the 1st day of the month and will run until the end of the calendar month. Usage for the first and last month will be pro rated to the first day of the month. The billing date for all other plans will be set to the date that the order is received.
