What is it?

Our 24/7 HELP service is a 24 hour help line which can be accessed through a simple mobile app on your smartphone. After installing the app, all you need to do is press the help button on the screen and you will be connected straight to our specially trained team who will help you with whatever you need. Our team can even locate you using the GPS on your phone and tell your family or friends where you are, or send emergency services to your location.

The 24/7 HELP service is your backup just in case anything goes wrong, big or small. There's no limit to the amount of times you can contact the HELP service and we will always be here when you need help.

Who is it for?

Anyone who is concerned about their safety can use the 24/7 HELP service. While it was originally designed for those with greater needs, such as the elderly or people living with disability, it is also perfect for children or people who are concerned about their safety while walking home at night.

How it works

Once you've activated your Jeenee Mobile plan and signed up for the 24/7 HELP service, using the service is as easy as following the steps below.

  1. Install and set up the HELP button app (iOS or Android) on your device
  2. Press the big red button
  3. You'll be connected to one of our highly trained consultants
  4. They’ll provide any assistance you require

There are many ways our consultants can help you when you call, including:

  • Locating you via GPS if you are lost
  • Calling emergency services and letting them know your location
  • Providing you with directions to get home (including looking up bus or train timetables for you)
