Important Information

All Data SIM plans must be paid in advance by direct debit only. Once you’ve used your monthly Data Allowance, you’ll automatically be charged $10 for an additional 1GB Top Up (for that month). A maximum of 5 Top Ups per month can be added in any billing month after which you’ll be charged at a rate of $0.02 per MB. Unused data does not rollover to the next month.

The Billing Date for all Data SIMs will be set as the 1st day of the month and will run until the end of the calendar month. Usage for the first and last month will be pro rated to the first day of the month. It is important that you activate your service when you receive your package. You can do this online by logging into MyJeeneeMobile.
