All Pennywise SIM plans include Unlimited Calls and SMS / MMS to Australian numbers. Fair use policy applies. Data is counted in kilobytes (KB) and includes both uploads and downloads. After you’ve used your monthly Included Data Allowance, a 1GB Top Up will be automatically applied to your service (except on the $9.90 Pennywise Plan in which a 500MB Top-Up will be applied). The cost of each Top Up on Month-to-Month Plans is $13/GB or part thereof ($6.50 for a 500MB Top-Up or part thereof). The cost of each Top Up on 6-Month Plans is $11/GB or part thereof ($5.50 for a 500MB Top-Up or part thereof). The cost of each Top Up on 12-Month Plans is $10/GB or part thereof ($5.00 for a 500MB Top-Up or part thereof). Top-Ups can be disabled by logging into MyJeeneeMobile. Calls to 1800 numbers are free. Our current international call rates are listed here. If you wish to cancel your plan with us you can do so at any time, simply by paying the remaining balance and any outstanding charges. Early Termination Fees apply on all 6 and 12-month Pennywise Plans if you leave Jeenee before the end of the contracted term or if you downgrade your plan by moving to a plan with a lower minimum monthly charge. See the Critical Information Summary (CIS) applicable for each plan for further details.

The Billing Date for all $25 Pennywise, $30 Pennywise, $35 Pennywise and $50 Pennywise Plans (Month-to-Month, 6 and 12-Month Plans), $45 and $74 Mammoth Plans will be set as the 1st day of the month and will run until the end of the calendar month. Usage for the first and last month will be pro rated to the first day of the month. The billing date for all other plans will be set to the date that the order is received.

About our Mammoth Plans

Our Mammoth plans are for those who want massive amounts of data without the heavy price tag. Unlike the rest of our plans which are on the 4G network, our Mammoth plans operate on the Optus 3G network. If you’re picky about having the fastest download speeds, one of our 4G plans might be better suited to you, but most users find 3G speeds more than sufficient for standard browsing.

All Mammoth Unlimited Talk and Text plans have access to the Optus 3G network only. Customers can remain connected on a Mammoth Unlimited Talk and Text Plan for a maximum period of 12-months, at which time, the service must be moved to an alternative plan.

What’s a Data Bump-up?

Data Bump-Ups reward great customers with extra data at no extra cost. They are our way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer.

Our latest Pennywise Plans are now available as Month-to-Month, 6-Month and 12-Month contracts. The longer term contracts have more included data than the Month-to-Month plans. If you sign up with us on a 6 or 12 month contract, you’ll start with a higher data allowance than if you choose month-to-month. But, if you’re the sort of person who’s worried about longer contracts, we understand! We’ll look after you by automatically bumping-up your data to the next level (at no extra charge) when you stay on your plan for more than 6 months, and then again when you stay for longer than 12-months.

In order to qualify for the Data Bump-Up program, you must:

  • Sign up to one of our new Pennywise Plans (launched from August 2017) and remain on one of these plans for longer than 6 months to qualify for the First Tier and 12-months.
  • You must have an active direct debit on your account (either a current valid credit card or bank account) at all times
  • Your account must be paid in full every month (ie – you have no outstanding balance, dishonours, or failed transactions)
